Climate
Daytime temperatures vary from the mid-teens in winter to well into the fourties in the summer. Evenings are cool to cold in the winter, and balmy and very warm in the summer. Fortunately Dahab enjoys a cool sea breeze most days and humidity is very low. For up to date weather information visit the BBC website.
Clothing
For the yoga you should bring loose, comfortable clothing. If you are sensitive to the sun bring light long-sleeved tops and long trousers to protect your skin. If going into the desert you should bring comfortable walking shoes, long trousers, long-sleeved tops and warm jumpers for the evenings. Remember that you are in the desert and will need to take care both to use sun cream with a high protection factor, and drink plenty of water

You do not need to have any vaccinations to travel to Egypt
