De-stress programme
Starting with a consultation to identify stress factors and your body's response to them, a massage programme will gently but effectively work tension out of your muscles and restore balance to your system. If you suffer from chronic back or shoulder tension, insomnia or stress-related digestive problems, then this would be your first step to a more happy, healthy you!
